Poetry wins! Susan Rich is #1 in the TLS!


In October I posted a blog about friend and poet Susan Rich. She entered her poem 'Different Places to Pray' in the Times Literary Supplement Poetry Competition and she won! You can read the article here.  Congratulations Susan, I am so happy for you! What a great Chrismukkah present!

You know what else would make a good Chrismukkah present? Susan's book Cures Include Travel. Pick it up at your local bookshop and start planning your trip around the world!

And thanks to any of your friends who voted at TLS. I still can't believe it. And in true British style, no one has actually called or emailed me the news. No matter, I am over the moon and have already spent the prize money ten times over in my imagination.

If anyone is interested in a signed copy of Cures - they can order off my web site and I promise to get it out the door as quick as the snow allows for.
